NEW PATIENTS

Step 1: Call us at (714)540-1710 to schedule your first visit and place your deposit.

New Chiropractic and Acupuncture Patients: A $60 deposit will be required to reserve your first appointment. Deposits paid for appointments kept will be applied toward any services rendered. Deposits will be forfeited for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour minimum notice.

**Deposits will still be required for any patients planning to use insurance. Any amounts over and above insurance cost will be refunded to you at the time of service or can be kept on your account as credit for future services.

New Massage Patients: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your first appointment. Deposits paid for appointments kept will be applied to your massage.

Step 2: Once your first appointment has been scheduled and your deposit has been placed, please take the time to fill out our online intake form.
